"Contacted the day before to be told that the car we had selected would be too small for our needs and that we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. Asked to pay in cash to the driver for the upgrade. Upgrade cost was £45 which I thought was excessive but also felt we had no choice. Something to look into as overall the service was good but I felt somehow taken advantage of. "
