The driving was of a very high quality throughout the long trip, and Google sat nav was used to change route in a timely manner to avoid an accident ahead. I booked with less than 24 hours notice and was delighted to be allocated a driver experienced in uni end of year pick ups."
"Prior to the ride a Woow person contacted me to tell me that I had to pay £15 more for the ride (vs price charged by website) and that I would need to pay £5 for car park at airport. I called to complain about this and they said it was a mistake from their side. I found it disturbing to manage this type of things. "
